Shipping Expenses

We offer Flat Rate shipping. Shipping costs are flat rate and will vary based on shipping destination, and/or if expedited shipping options are chosen. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

 

Shipping Process

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will normally ship within 2-3 business days. Purchases made Friday after 4:00pm PST, Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will normally be processed the next business day. If any delays should occur, we will contact you by email or phone.

Tracking

We will email your tracking number once we ship your package. Before you track, please allow at least 1 to 2 working days for the courier website to update the tracking number into their system.

If you don't receive your tracking information within 72 hours of making your order then please contact us at cs@xivanit.com. Often times the shipping confirmation email you receive may be in your junk mail. Either way feel free to contact us.

Return / Exchange Policy 

XIVAN takes great pride in our products & we're completely devoted to offering the best customer experience possible. Each piece is quality assured. If you are unhappy with your XIVAN, please reach out to cs@xivanit.com 

We do Not offer refunds.

Exchanges that meet the criteria can be done using your Store Credit. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a code for your store credit. Your code will Not expire and you can use it anytime you desire.

Cancellations

Please notify us within 12 hours if you would like to cancel your order. Email us directly here: cs@xivanit.com

Please note that once your order has shipped, you can no longer cancel your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as Paypal. 

 

Taxes

Orders shipped within the state of Texas U.S.A , will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%. Orders shipped outside Texas are Not subject to sales tax.

 

International Customs Fees

Orders outside the United States of America, are subject to import taxes and duties. XIVAN is Not responsible for these fees.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees.
